FOUR STATES, LLC provides digital content including but not limited to courses, workbooks, journals, planners, webinars, PLR (Private Label Rights) documents, and MRR (Master Resell Rights) documents for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.
User Obligations:
Users may need a working knowledge of content editing tools (e.g., Canva) to utilize some of our products effectively. Users are responsible for customizing content to suit their needs and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Payment Terms:
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds due to the digital nature of our products. Payments are processed securely through Paypal or Stripe.

User Eligibility:

Prohibited Activities:
You CANNOT:
*Share, sell, or redistribute the download link or template
*Transfer or resell the private label rights to others
*Use our business name on any product you produce with MRR or PLR
Assignment:
*You CAN claim the content as your own without attribution
*You CAN edit colors, elements, fonts, etc. to coordinate with your brand
*You CAN sell a flattened, finished PDF version that cannot be edited by your buyer
*You CAN use the content on your blog, newsletter, social media platforms, and website
Force Majure:
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Assignment:

User Accounts:
You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Generated Content:
You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Content in connection with the Services.
You agree not to post Content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
Limitation of Liability:
FOUR STATES, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or Content of any third party on the Services; and any Content obtained from the Services; and (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of you transmissions or Content; and (d) your liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The Product(s), including but not limited to its content, text, graphics, design, logos, trademarks, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of FOUR STATES, LLC or its licensors. Any current or future trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any Product(s) or service without the prior written consent of FOUR STATES, LLC. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product(s), except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product(s) and destroy any copies you may have.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Four States, LLC regarding the use of the Product(s) and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
